Following a welcome note by Mr. Kendrew Leung, President of The Hong Kong Chapter of International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Ms. Jenny Yeung of Professional Development introduced to the audience the IFMA membership and IFMA Certified Facility Manager® (CFM®) credential.
Kevin had walked us through the criteria for holding Property Management Companies (PMC) license, criteria for holding Property Management Practitioner (PMP) license, Recognised Professional Bodies (RPB), grandfathering arrangement and registration method. The webinar was buttoned up by a very informative Q&A session.
IFMA Hong Kong Chapter was recognized as RPB by PMSA in March 2020. CFM® who is also a Professional Member, Associate Member or Young Professional Member of IFMA Hong Kong Chapter can meet the proposed criteria on professional qualification requirement of PMP Tier 1 license by PMSA.
