Dear IFMA Members, Fellow Members and Corporate Partners, As I embark on the honor of serving as your President for the 2024-2025 term, I am filled with a profound sense of gratitude and excitement for the journey that lies ahead. Over the past twelve years, I have had the privilege of contributing to our Chapter in various capacities, including roles as Secretary, Vice President, Treasurer, and Committee Member for Sponsorship, Membership, Education, and Communications. This remarkable experience has only strengthened my commitment to our Chapter and its enduring mission. This year, we will place a significant emphasis on the principles of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), with a particular focus on the "Social" aspect. I am thrilled to introduce our new initiative, the "IFMA WE Care” program, which aims to enhance our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. Through this program, we will engage more deeply with our community, support sustainable practices, and foster a culture of care and inclusivity within our industry. More details will be available in August 2024, so please keep an eye on our website for updates. In addition to our ESG focus, we will address key Facility Management (FM) agendas and issues that are central to our profession. We recognize the transformative potential of emerging technologies and are actively exploring the integration of AI technology and IoT infrastructure in building management. These innovations promise to revolutionize our industry by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving the overall sustainability of our facilities. We encourage all members to stay informed and participate in discussions and initiatives related to these advancements. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of our devoted members for your unwavering support and commitment.
