    Dean has more than 25 years of broad-based experience in facility management, real estate portfolio management, process and quality improvement, procurement, workplace services, program and project management, space and occupancy planning, sustainability, information systems implementation, and critical environment operations.

    He is an active industry advocate, serving on the IFMA Foundation Board of Trustees, and is past chair of the Sustainability Community, and Government Affairs Committee.  Dean is a Past-Chair of IFMA’s Global Board of Directors.

    Jason E. Callis, CFM, SFP, LSSGB, boasts over 25 years in corporate facilities management, handling 12 million square feet across 26 countries. As an IFMA member since 2002, he earned his CFM in 2013 and SFP in 2024. Jason has led as President and Vice President of the IFMA Indy chapter. Currently, he serves as a director on the Global Board of Directors and Chairs the IFMA Government Affairs Committee. Passionate about education, he mentors facility managers and volunteers on non-profit boards. With business management and accounting degrees, plus a Six Sigma Green Belt, Jason excels in managing complex projects and enhancing operational efficiency.

Her accomplishments include building and maintaining innovative, trend setting and award-winning facilities.     Val Moraes, is the Founder CEO and Managing Director of GregMore Group, a Facilities Management Company specialized in FM Consultancy, Project Management and FM Operations, based in Auckland, New Zealand.

    His past experience includes Senior Facilities Management roles with Super Deluxe Hotels (Oberoi Group), High Rise Commercial Buildings (Colliers International) and Supermarkets (Progressive/Woolworths Australia) besides large Corporates.

    He is also the first New Zealander to be accredited as a Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) by International Facilities Management Association, USA (IFMA) and the first New Zealander as IFMA Fellow

    He is one of the Founding Fathers/Foundation Board Members and Past Chair of Facilities Management Association of New Zealand (FMANZ) besides being the Past President of IFMA FM Consultants Council (FMCC) and currently as Strategic Advisor for the IFMA Business (BIZ) Community.

    Stephen’s Sydney-based consulting firm In-Touch Advisory works globally to connect stakeholders with sustainable solutions for the Built Environment across the property–construction–facilities life cycle. Additionally, he has since 2012 been an Australian delegate for the ISO/TC 267 international FM standards initiative (ISO 41000 facility management), and since 2014 has been ISO/TC-267's global liaison to ISO/TC-251 (ISO 55000 asset management). Stephen is a former IFMA’s Global Board of Directors member and Past Chair of FMA Australia, the IFMA Research Committee, and the IFMA Foundation.     He is currently the CEO of EM Services Pte Ltd, which is the market leader in township management in Singapore managing over 700,000 Housing Development Board residential units. EM also provides project management, operations command centre, engineering services, real estate management and accommodation services.


    As the Board Member of Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA), Tony is active in promoting and developing facilities management as a rewarding, fulfilling and recognized profession in the real estate world. As a sought-after thought leader, Frank has been invited to speak at numerous conferences and seminars across the US and APAC region. As President of IFMA Singapore Chapter and SIFMA, he is dedicated to advancing professionalism in facilities management across the APAC region. Academically, Robin holds two Master's degrees and various professional certifications.     Ir Sammy YEUNG is currently the Assistant Director/2 of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, who has been serving the Government for about 30 years.  Ir YEUNG received honorary degree BEng in Building Services Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1993, master’s degree in public administration from the University of Hong Kong in 1999 and postgraduate certificate in IT from the Open University of Hong Kong in 2005. He is currently a Fellow member of the HKIE and the CIBSE, and has served as the Chairman of Building Services Division of the HKIE in 2022/23 session. He is familiar with the building industry and experienced in the whole building life cycle from new build construction to continuous operation and maintenance. In recent years, he is leading the department to develop the innovative approaches on smart construction and smart building with E&M digitalization. Those include MiMEP development and application, enabling the Big Data and AI development on Building E&M for Carbon Neutrality and enhanced predictive maintenance.

    Ir C.S. Ho is a practicing engineer as well as a lawyer.  He graduated with BSc (Engineering) from HKU, then earned an MBA, a Post-graduate Diploma in Software Engineering, and PCLL from HKU; and LLB from Manchester Metropolitan University of UK.

    He is currently the General Manager of BEAM Society Ltd, the Chairman of Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency, a Barrister-at-law at the High Court of Hong Kong, and an Adjunct Associate Professor of the University of Hong Kong, teaching engineering and legal subjects at both the graduate and post-graduate levels.

    Ir C. S. Ho had been working with Hong Kong Housing Authority as the Chief Building Services Engineer, heading the Building Services Section responsible for the design and construction of BS installations of all the new public housing development projects.

    Ir Ho is a Chartered Engineer, a fellow of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers and a Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE).  He is now the Director of the Hong Kong Green Building Council, Co-Convener of Green & Sustainable Finance Committee of UNESCO HK Association, and had also served as a committee member of the Electrical Division and the Building Services Discipline Advisory Panel of HKIE apart other community services.

    Ir Ho has been devoted to promoting green finance, sustainability, green building, and BEAM Plus (Building Environmental Assessment Method) which aims at improving the overall quality of the built environment.

    Dr. William Yu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of World Green Organisation. He is an energy economist and climate professional by training and completed his PhD at the University of Cambridge. He earned an Executive MBA from the Thunderbird Global Management School, U.S.. Dr. Yu also completed a Sustainable Finance Programme at Cambridge and accredited by UNDP as trainer on United Nations SDG Impact Standards.

     

    Dr. Yu is ESBN Task Force Member, The Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, the United Nations and the Vice-Chair of Asia Pacific Business Forum (APBF) of the United Nations ESBN 2022. He is also a member in Advisory Council on the Environment (ACE), Environment and Ecology Bureau and member in newly established Council for Carbon Neutrality and Sustainable Development, HKSAR Government.

     

    Dr. Yu is also Advisor on Certified ESG Planner (CEP) qualification and Certified China Carbon Trader of Shanghai Environment Energy Exchange, advising investment banks and several public accounting firms on Forestry Carbon Credit Projects, Valuation of Carbon Assets and Carbon Trading.

    Prof. Lai is Associate Head of the Department of Building Environment and Energy Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The honours he received include, inter alia, Teaching Excellence Award, Faculty Teaching Excellence Award, Dean’s Award for Outstanding Achievement in Academic Programme Development, and Distinguished Educator Award of the International Facility Management Association.

    Prof. Lai is Co-Editor of the Facilities journal, Associate Editor of the Smart and Sustainable Built Environment journal, Editorial Advisory Board Member of the Journal of Engineering, Design and Technology, and Academic Advisor (Asia) of the International Facility Management Association Foundation. Besides playing key roles in professional institutions, serving on the committees of public bodies and acting as reviewer of research funding organisations, Prof. Lai has been active in chairing programme accreditations, delivering seminars and speeches, and providing training courses and consultancy projects.
