The IFMA Hong Kong Chapter is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its 31st Annual General Meeting, which was held on 19 June 2023 at Centricity. The meeting served as a platform for reflection on the achievements of the past year and the election of a new executive committee to lead the chapter into the future.
We are thrilled to announce that Mr. Raymond Koh has been elected as the President of IFMA Hong Kong Chapter. We are confident that under his leadership, the chapter will continue to thrive and make significant contributions to the industry.

During the Annual General Meeting, Mr Kenneth Tsang reported on the significant accomplishments achieved during his presidency. These include the successful 30th Anniversary Celebration, the development of professional programs, collaboration on co-organized events, advocacy efforts in government affairs, strengthening of governance practices, engagement in external affairs, participation in speaking invitations, recognition outstanding FM projects through the IFMA Asia Pacific Awards of Excellence, effective communications initiatives, support for young professionals, membership growth, and nurturing partnerships.
