The updated "Building Information Modelling – Asset Management (BIM-AM) Standards and Guidelines" Version 3.0 (2022 Edition) will be published this year together with the new "Guidelines on Handover of E&M Installation to EMSD" to provide more detailed requirements on the handover of BIM-AM deliverables to be submitted to EMSD. The draft BIM-AM Standards and Guidelines could be downloaded through the following links.
Webinars were held on 24 and 27 June 2022 to introduce the contents and launch the trade consultation on the two draft Standards and Guidelines. The replay of the webinar for the Version 3.0 and the Handover Guidelines are now available.
