Jennifer studied Journalism at the University of Hong Kong because she was passionate to uncover stories and inform citizens of what’s happening every day. Eventually she was drawn to marketing and communications as she wanted weave stories, bringing the customer journey to life for brands such as Coca-Cola and Cathay Pacific.
Since joining Arcadis’ Workplace Transformation team, Jennifer has developed and implemented Change Management strategies across a broad range of clients, helping leaders achieve their people and culture objectives.
Her internal communications experience gives her a unique insight into employee engagement, which is essential in any change programme in aligning people and leading them to change with the Organization vision.
CEO & Co-founder of 'Organisational Misbehaviourists' Dr Richard Claydon is an imaginative and outspoken critic of toxic work culture and leadership styles. He encourages people to actively reject unhealthy and outdated modes of work, creating more positive alternatives in their wake. He has worked with numerous corporations, universities and governments around the world to affect systemic change. He also designs and teaches MBA courses on Leadership, Change, Organisational Behaviour and Communication. Richard recently designed and facilitated the “Adapt your Leadership” module for the Macquarie University Graduate School of Management’s Asia-Pacific orientated and future-focused Global MBA program.
Derek Hung is the Director, Enterprise Solutions, Asia Pacific at WeWork, focusing on devising the growth strategy of the enterprise solutions business in the region. He leads the Enterprise Sales team to grow the enterprise membership of Fortune 1000 companies, and drive member satisfaction by collaborating closely with other teams to curate collaborative space that create value for enterprises. Prior to joining WeWork in 2017, Derek worked in various multi-national financial institutions to develop their corporate business in the region, bringing a wealth of experience and global insights in corporate relations management to WeWork.
Experience:
Experience at Citi: Duncan is currently Head of Citi Realty Services (CRS) for Hong Kong & Macau responsible for all a mixed portfolio of owned and leased office, retail and data centre premises. He has been in the position since July 2016 and overseen the successful consolidation of over 3,000 staff from its Hong Kong Franchise from several legacy sites into new owned premises at Citi Tower, One Bay East, Kowloon. Citi Tower is a fully functioning activity based working environment, and also aligned with Citi’s sustainability goals securing LEED Platinum certification and WELL Silver certification, which was a first in Citi globally and a first in Hong Kong.
Duncan was previously based in Tokyo, with responsibility for the delivery of large capital projects for CRS in North Asia. During his time he lead or supported large office consolidation and workplace transformation projects in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Seoul, and Data Centre consolidation projects in Hong Kong and Tokyo.
Duncan was also integral in establishing the delivery model adopted by CRS for large capital projects in APAC. Leading the procurement process to establish a regional governance and control office and PM delivery partner framework that are now into their second term.
Time with Citi: 10 years.
Career Highlights:
Prior to joining Citi, Duncan worked for international construction consultant Arup. Based in Japan from 1989, he was responsible for the establishment and running their PM consulting business there. Prior to that he was based with Arup in London and worked as a structural design engineer working within a multi discipline building engineering design team with overseas assignments in Berlin, Germany and Los Angeles, USA.
Educational Background:
Duncan was awarded a B.Eng. (1st Class) in Building Design Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, U.K.
Interesting Facts:
Duncan has spent the majority of his working life based in some of the world’s largest cities. However, home is a small village in the north-west highlands of Scotland. This background has sustained a keen interest in outdoor sports; particularly snowboarding, hiking and golf.

Participants will be informed of the cancellation or the re-scheduled date of event in due course. The IFMA Hong Kong Chapter reserves its right to cancel or to change the speakers without prior notice.
2.Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days prior to the event. Otherwise, full price (HKD$50/ HKD$100) will be charged for your late cancellation. If you are not able to attend, we welcome a delegate to attend on your behalf. Refunds will not be given for no shows after the event.
