About the China Overseas Innovation & Technology Limited(COIT)

COIT was founded in Zhuhai in 2022 and belongs to China State Construction International Holdings (HKEX: 3311). It provides one-stop MiMEP (Multi-trade Integrated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) solutions and does its own research, design and manufacturing.

The factory has a 14,000 m² production plant with highly automated lines. It's 35 minutes from the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge port, so COIT can deliver to any construction site in Hong Kong within six hours.

CPD

- 2 CPD hour recognised by IFMA Hong Kong Chapter, e-certificate to be sent to registered email address within 1 month after the event.

Capacity

  • Limited to 20 persons (First-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to IFMA members and corporate partners)

Terms & Conditions

  • Required Travel Documents: All participants must bring a valid HKID / Passport and a valid Mainland Travel Permit / China Visa on the day of the visit. Failure to do so will result in denied entry to the plant.

  • Application Deadline: Registrations close on or before 13 November 2026, or whenever the registration quota is reached.

  • Registration Confirmation: Successful applicants will receive an official confirmation email on or before 15 November 2026. If you do not receive a confirmation email by that time, your application is considered unsuccessful.

  • Weather Cancellation Policy: The pre-booked group visit will be cancelled under the following weather conditions:

    • Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted within 2 hours before the assembly time, or the Hong Kong Observatory has announced it will be hoisted within the coming 2 hours.

    • A Black Rainstorm Warning is issued.

    • If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is lowered after 7:00 am on the visit date, the visit will still be cancelled.
