Mr Glan BLAKE THOMAS
Managing Director, AET Flexible Space (Hong Kong) Ltd.

Mr. Glan Blake Thomas is the founder and CEO of AET Flexible Space which was founded in United Kingdom in 1993.

After studying Building Services Engineering in London South Bank University and experiences at Haden Young and Mott Macdonald, Glan was invited to join Hiross as the Director of Environmental Division in 1987. Glan has been specializing in the design, integration and application of Underfloor Air Conditioning Technology and Flexible Space System nearly 40 years.

With Glan’s solid expertise and knowledge in Electrical and Mechanical field, he continuously delivers papers and speeches for both local and international conferences throughout the years including CIBSE, CTBUH & ASHRAE; focuses on practical ways to achieve healthy and sustainable commercial buildings from an engineering perspective.
