Karen has nearly 20 years of combined experiences in property, facility and asset management as well as leasing and marketing. During her tenure in Hongkong Land for over 9 years, she was in charge to oversee the property, facility and tenancy management for a total of 2.2 million square feets of Grade A commercial complexes in Central CBD.
Prior to joining Hongkong Land, Karen had a decade of experience with a property investment fund with main focus on the asset management for the fund’s investment properties in Macau and Zhuhai and CBRE to manage a mixed portfolio of high-end residentials, serviced apartments, serviced offices, commercial complexes and warehouses in Hong Kong.
Karen obtained her Bachelor degree in Surveying and Geo-informatics from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and later pursued her study in Housing Management from HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing and a Registered Professional Housing Manager.
