Kevin Chu is currently the Vice President (2024-2025) of the Chapter, Kevin was elected as Treasurer 2023-2024, and Director of External Affairs for the term 2022-2023.
Mr. Kevin Chu currently serves as the Deputy Managing Director of Kai Shing Management Services Limited. Actively promoting the development of smart property management, Kevin leads his team in providing the highest quality and most attentive services.
Kai Shing manages properties spanning over 15 million square meters, including renowned commercial buildings, shopping centres, and residential properties in Hong Kong and several key cities in the Mainland China. These properties include International Commerce Centre, New Town Plaza, Yoho Mall, and Leighton Hill in Hong Kong; Shanghai IFC, ICC and Arch; Beijing apm, Nanjing IFC, Parc Central and igc in Guangzhou, and more.
Kevin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting) from Monash University in Australia and is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and Australia. He joined Kai Shing in 2002 and has been working in the property and facility management field for more than 20 years.
