Dora Yim is currently the President (2024-2025) for the Chapter. Over the past twelve years, she served the Board as the Secretary (2023-2024), VP (2022-2023 & 2021-2022), Treasurer (2020-2021) and Committee Members respectively of Sponsorship, Membership, Education and Communications Committees. She has been playing a key role of organizing the IFMA Integrate Conferences as Chairlady (2023) and Co-Chair (2024 & 2022).
Dora is the Deputy Head of Property Management in CBRE Advisory Hong Kong Ltd., as a subsidiary of CBRE Group, Inc. which is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm and Fortune 500 company. Before joining CBRE, she worked in several esteemed companies with headquarters located in Hong Kong, UK and US.
With over 20 years' experience in Property and Facilities Management industry, Dora has strong FM exposures in real estate and different business sectors including data centre carrier, transportation, airport service, education, satellite business, horse racing & entertainment and financial institution.
Dora was awarded as Winner of Asia Pacific Facility Manager of the Year 2021 for recognizing her outstanding contributions to IFMA and the Property and Facility Management industry.
