Ken has over 22 years of professional experience in Building Services Engineering, Property Management, Club and Facilities Management. His professional experience acquired in The Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, Sino Property Management Ltd., Private Clubhouses and The Hong Kong Jockey Club.
In The Hong Kong Jockey Club, Ken is responsible for various aspects of managing and maintaining a wide range of facilities such as Corporate Office, Residential Buildings, Carpark and Sustainable Facilities. The club is running a systematic and comprehensive FM approach to maintain, operate, improve and develop the club premises.
Ken’s first Bachelor’s Degree was a Building Services Engineering and obtained from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2001. With the Engineering knowledge as background and support, he finished a Master’s Degree in Facilities Management in the same University in 2011. He is a member and supporting team of The Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management.
