Stay informed about the proposed licensing regime for the property management industry in Hong Kong from the Property Management Services Authority.
Following the enactment of the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap. 626) (PMSO), the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) will launch a licensing regulatory regime and other complementary measures in 2020 to enhance quality and professionalism in the property management industry.
Subsequent to the public consultation on the proposed licensing regime for property management companies and property management practitioners last November, the PMSA has summarised the proposals and drafted the Property Management Services (Licensing and Related Matters) Regulation.
IFMA has invited a representative from Property Management Services Authority, to share the proposed licensing regime for the property management industry, and to collect views from our professionals. This forms a part of the PMSA's continuous and active dialogue with stakeholders to listen to their views and to understand the mode of operation of the industry, formulating a practicable licensing regime that will benefit both the industry and the society.

1. If typhoon signal no. 8 or above or the black rainstorm warning signal will be hoisted 4 hours before the event starts, the event would be cancelled or postponed.
