Wed Oct 12 @16:00 - 18:00IFMA

The Hong Kong Palace Museum

Located at the western tip of the West Kowloon Cultural District, the Hong Kong Palace Museum aspires to become one of the world’s leading cultural institutions committed to the study and appreciation of Chinese art and culture, while advancing dialogue among world civilisations through international partnerships. Over 900 works of art to be displayed are all gems of the Palace Museum collection.

Within its footprint of 13,000 square metres, the museum boasts a total floor area of about 30,000 square metres, with 7,800 square metres of exhibition space. Three atriums connect the different floors of the Museum vertically, referencing the horizontal spatial configuration of the Forbidden City’s central axis.
