The Property Management Services Authority has launched TV and radio announcements in the public interest with the theme of “A New Milestone for Property Management Regulation Breeds Professionalism” to remind the public that property management companies serving their properties must be licensed from August 1, 2023 onwards in order to continue to provide property management services seamlessly after the transitional period of the PM industry licensing regime (up to July 31, 2023) in accordance with the law.
