ABOUT INTEGRATE
Integrate is the largest annual FM conference held in Asia, providing the industry the best opportunity to gather with peers and colleagues in the FM profession. The event is publicised to the FM industry globally and attendees are expected from every continent.

Held in Hong Kong and publicised throughout Asia Pacific, Integrate is one of the largest annual FM conferences. It represents an unparalleled opportunity to gather with peers and colleagues in the FM and related professions from within Asia Pacific and around the world. Typically 25% of delegates travel from outside Hong Kong to attend the event.

Integrate focuses on educating delegates on current hot topics and perennial concerns, providing comprehensive, informative and career enhancing sessions throughout the day. It does this by bringing local and international speakers to a relaxing environment where they can interact with an international audience.

The range of conference delegates will cover all disciplines and activities associated with the life cycle of the built environment from the private and public sectors including Facility Managers, Architects, Engineers, Surveyors, Building Owners, Developers, Security Professionals, Real Estate Professionals, Human Resource Professionals and Academics.

TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
You may submit your application and paper by filling in the electronic form at the bottom of this page. A confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail upon receipt of your application, please make sure you have provided us with your correct e-mail address. Sales presentations are not permitted. Your application must be received by the Hong Kong Chapter of IFMA no later than 31st December, 2009. Presenters will be notified their selection status by 31st January, 2010.

PRESENTER GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS

	Speakers will be required to submit a paper drafted in Microsoft Word in A4 at a maximum of 8 pages length, font size 12, single spacing and/or Microsoft Power Point presentation in electronic format, to be published in the conference proceedings.
	Speakers will be required to prepare slide or other visual aids for presentation.
	Speakers will receive a complimentary registration for the conference and a complimentary copy of the conference proceedings.
	Speakers will be responsible for all travel and accommodation arrangements and related expenses.
